History

This house was formerly known as 19 Pembrey Road. The home is not present on the 1913 map of Haverford Tonship, but it is present on the 1929 map. In 1922, the Cookes are listed as residing at the house under its Pembrey address, which was purchased shortly after it went on sale for $11,000.
